Canada Time - 16 Aug - 2.30pm

Read from bottom post to top post. I am actually posting the blog as in the time I am there. It is easier to put the scenario as if I am right there now. This is because of the time difference. So i think it is better to talk about it in my way.

So i touched down in Canada at 2.30 pm. Photos in and of the airport.


Look at the queue to clear the customs. Spent like half an hour waiting. Collected luggage at the 24th belt. And my heavy stuff!


In the check in quene to get our boarding pass for the domestic flight. Now is 7.20 am 17 Aug (S'pore time), 4.20 pm 18 Aug (Canada time). Still waiting. The queue is long and the waiting time is horrible. Spent 2 hours in waiting for queue to clear. Really testing my patience. Just wanted to zzz.. Next flight at 8 pm (Canada time). So sucky, spending my time like this.

Anyway, finally got out of the airport at 5pm. Some photos outside it.

Then went back in. Pepsi are sold at 2 CND$. SO bloody EX in the airport! Even the snacks in the vending machines have atrocious prices.

Man. I actually lay down on the seats in the airport and zzz for half an hour. Just like those stray people who sleep on the roads. So no image.

This is the small plane that we took. Only can carry 50 people and the flight was 26min. Arrived in Victoria at around 8.30 pm (Canada time). The conveyor belt is so mini and cute!

Notice that the time is 8.3opm and the sky in the above photo is not dark at all. Think we have a longer day at the moment. Felt happy as we didn't take a taxi down, we found a coach which travel to UVic (University of Victoria in short). 17 Cnd. Think it is cheaper. Anyway, the horror was the shifting of the luggage to our room. No lifts! :( and we had so many heavy luggages. Distance was long if you have to shift luggages. And our room was on the 2nd floor. My arms were aching. Think Rebecca was more tired than me as she helped to lift and pushed. My left hand is a bit not well.. The consequences of the night cycling. I just don't want to think how we are going to push all that stuff to the carpark when we shift out of here.
