13 September, Wednesday, Clubs' Day
Clubs' Day was the day where all the clubs try to get people to join the clubs. Joined percussion club, japanese club, dance club. Lol.. In the end, I still didn't go for any. Such a slacker. Actually, I wanted to go for all the clubs but I had many things on. Didn't reply to the percussion email. Had something on for both the japanese and dance club. Wanted to learn salsa and they had 2 free lessons but I had to do project during the weekend. Stupid entrepreneur project. My group member just dropped out of the class without informing the 2 of us. Nvm.. We don't need a slacker too.

14 September, Thursday
I dislike thursday. I had to go for 3 lessons and the timing sucks. Anyway, I decided to drop the course after lots of consideration. No point making my life here a study life. So much readings and projects to do. The thing that stopped me from dropping was that I had photocopied part of the book and that was already a sunk cost. So I contemplated for a long time and dropped the course on 19 Sept, Monday. The closing date for international students was on 15 Sep, but for general students, it was till 19. Thanks goodness, Mami allowed me to drop. If not, I will be having a super sad life.

15 September, Friday, Cornival
The rest of the exchange students planned on going to butterfly garden but I did not want to go. Lol.. I am not really a butterfly lover and there is no point in wasting money($9 just to see some beautiful insects!) and time to travel to and fro. Instead, Rebecca and I went for the cornival. Basically we wanted to eat free corns. Just took a corn and sat underneath the trees. It is so good to just relax and enjoy the breeze. Mini picnic.. haha.. The corns here are so different from Singapore, super sweet! I am not a corn lover, but the corns here are tempting (I am still not a corn lover yet, just don't mind the taste).. The supermarket was selling 10 corns for $2(the discounts are really good)and our landlord shared with us and the landlady thought us how to cook it. Sweet and delicious.
