24-08-06, Thursday

Today was moving out day! Finally shifting into our new home and we are going to stay there for more than 3 months. I really dread shifting out as lugging the luggage out to the carpark was a super killer. Lots of energy and sweat to drag the luggage out. Thank goodness, our landlord fetched us as we also saved some taxi fare.

First photo. How my friend's room looked like. Mine is something similar. Just smaller, single bed, not queen size bed.

Second photo. Then I started packing and filling clothes into my wardrode. Now I know why my luggage is so damn heavy, brought quite a lot of clothes. Anyway, I will throw most of them away. Wardrode is infront of my bed.

3rd to 6th photo: Basement. The photo with the door is the son's room. Then a storeroom - saw an iron board there. The washing machine and dryer. On the right of the cupboard of toilet rolls will be the newly renovated toilet. Can't use it as it is still under renovation.

7th to 1oth photo. Kitchen, stove(notice it is a thermal stove), living room, dining table. No doors connecting the kitchen, living room and dining room.

11th to 12th photo. That is how my room looks after I dumped my stuff.

After that, we went to do groceries shopping. Bought so much stuff. 8kg of rice. 12 cans of campbell cream. Oil, salt, pork cutlet, cabbage, garlic. Very heavy! However, the effort was worthwhile. Finally get to eat home cooked food. Rice, vegetable and meat. Very blissful!
